Changing your mind
For most products bought online, you may cancel from the time you place the order until 14 days after the product is delivered. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing theteam@customersupport.care. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back.
Keep the product safe and handle it only as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that is responsible for a loss in value. Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return.
Some statutory exceptions apply, including personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We will explain any applicable exception before purchase.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We make the refund using the original payment method, normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, are not affected by this change-of-mind policy.
Before returning anything
Contact us for the correct return address. Ireland administration office is not a returns warehouse. Do not send a parcel there unless our support team instructs you to do so.
