Products and prices

Prices are in euro (EUR). Product colours may vary with screen and lighting conditions. Check measurements, material and the selected size or colour before ordering. If a price or description has an obvious error, we may decline the order and refund any payment taken.

How the contract is formed

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order-confirmation email. We may decline an order because a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, or a legal or product restriction applies.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods and all charges are shown at checkout. Delivery charges, estimates and the 30-day statutory backstop are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For most online purchases, you have a statutory cancellation period ending 14 days after delivery, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Details, exceptions and refund timing are in our Returns & Refunds policy. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods remain unaffected.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its security, misuse forms or copy substantial content for commercial use without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Privacy, changes and law

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. We may change these terms for future orders; the terms in force when your contract is formed apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without removing any mandatory consumer protection or court rights available under Irish or EU law.
